As a kid, when I went fishing with my father, it was all about catching the prize … being the one who got the biggest fish.  For years, that carried over into my work. In some ways, it still does.  To me, there’s no such thing as “good enough.”  I’m a perfectionist, and I’ll push myself constantly.  The best part of having the team we have now is sharing ideas … seeing different viewpoints … working out different solutions.  It’s not just all about me anymore, and I like that.
